Automatic continuous flour mixing system

Maitec recently completed the installation of an automatic continuous flour mixing system at a customer’s site, with a production capacity of 10 t/h.

The solution incorporates feed hoppers with controlled dosing, ensuring the precise incorporation of each component of the recipe, and a continuous mixer that guarantees a high degree of homogeneity in the final product.

The entire process is managed automatically, enabling real-time control, repeatability and consistency in production.
